One Up Daily is an automated content-publishing system operated by its owner. It creates short-form educational lifestyle videos and posts — covering health habits, productivity, career development, relationships, and digital wellness — and publishes them to the One Up Daily brand's own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Bluesky using those platforms' official APIs. By using this website or viewing our content, you agree to these terms.

Platform API use

The service connects only to social media accounts owned and operated by One Up Daily, via each platform's official OAuth authorization. We use API access solely to publish our own content and to read aggregate statistics about that content. We comply with the developer terms and platform policies of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube, X, and Bluesky, and we do not use the APIs to access, store, or process data belonging to other users.
